Guest guest
Sat Nam Ji, I liked swara yoga a lot when I started and have always found it really interesting. There´s a great book by Harish Johari called "Breath, Mind and Consciousness" entirely about Swara Yoga which I higly recommend. It´s the most comprehensive info I have seen on this subject, including the more peculiar things like predicting our time of death, or the sex and destiny of babies based on the different patterns of the parents during conception. There´s a dutch psychiatrist that wrote a book on mind-body connections, and cites Yogi Bhajan as the prime teacher on introducing the yogic teachings on these kind of pranayamas to the west. Seems that a lot of research was done from it. >BTW, This book is an investment. It is my most used book and I have been teaching since '88. My favourite as well I have taught many sets from this manual and use it several times a week for personal practice. Has everything you need for the inner journey.
