Hi to everyone, Some great posts recently and thanks for the info you sent

me earlier this month. I would like to do a short "fast", can anyone help me

on this?

I have been experimenting with quite a few fasts/cleanses lately so I'll

pass on what I have done.

 

I would first try the Master Cleanse, which is also known as the Lemonade

Fast.

As it will state, you can start by doing this for just 24 hours if you are

new to fasting so you can work up to a longer commitment.

 

Also you can do cleanses of juices, fruits, raw foods, etc... for any length

of time.

yes Nick,

I went on "water melon" for 4 days, it was very conclusive,

if water melon is unavailable, Dharam Sing proposed 11 days of "melon',
