Guest guest
Thank you to all for the wonderful chanting advice, information and encouragements. I'm still chanting, promise. I'm trying to incorporate all the feedback I've received into the chanting and feeling. It's working. I can feel more energy movement. Also, in the wee hours this morning while chanting I entered a spaciousness that I have not before experienced. Hard to describe. However, I entered it through the chant. So thank you for the rocket boost of help. I'll pick up those stones and chant more often. Guest guest
Dear Heidi and All, >I'm still chanting, promise. Just promise yourself. We trust you. (Couldn't resist the thread of our previous communications. :+) I'm trying to incorporate all > the feedback I've received into the chanting and feeling. It's working. I > can feel more energy movement. Also, in the wee hours this morning while > chanting I entered a spaciousness that I have not before experienced. Hard> to describe. The space goes with the silence. The Divine is experiences as silence, space and stillness. Now you have the next piece. Great!! However, I entered it through the chant. YES!!!! This is great. This is why we chant. The mantras are a bridge to expanded realities. The sound current is the bridge between the physical and etheric realities. Divine mantras pull us into the comic realm. I am in love with the silence and the stillness of the higher realms, but my Sadhana always incorporates chanting. To do sadhana without chanting would be like taking a bath and not washing. Mantras are the soap. I do RA MA DA SA every evening before dinner. Many times I am tired and it may seem tedious. But during my relaxation afterwards and then the rest of the evening I am revitalized and refreshed. Mantras are one form of Guru.( See the Guru poem in my new book Love IT with all your Heart www.yogatech.com) We keep washing ourselves and then we get guidance. Wow. I love this technology so much. We are so blessed! Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
