Rocking,and the kundalini energy

Goodmorning,

Yes I feel the ky energy all the time. It started when I was 17 and things

have never been the same. Life has been a infinite search for elaboration

into learning about everything that I feel and experience. I did this

incredible meditation when I was 17 to feel energy beyond description and I

ended up with to much energy.My nervous system and my life at the time was

not active enough to justify this meditation for the full times that I was

practicing.My hand stayed up for about 2 hours and I could not put them

down.There was energy vibrating like a generator around them! I had to run

around the yard of my home for about an hour to get rid of it. My dad caught

me and thought I was crazy or something.I kept the incident to myself because

I did not think anyone would believe me or comprehend me on that level. I had

a certain amount of trust of these systems and respect that it did not deter

me from practicing. I however learnt real fast that this science is to be

respected and the danger comes from the ego.You have to have guidance of a

teacher but you also have to use your intuition ansd common sense with these

practices.My teacher at the time had not experienced something like this so

it was quite lonely to have the experience. I have never had a problem since.

Energy comes through my hands, my entire body.. but I know how to handle it.

Tune in to your nervous system, your body type and your emotional ability to

handle it .I am very Vata in constitution so I have to work with that.You

also said that you did your kriya spontaniously.Great! A student of mine told

me recently that she went to bed at 11 and got up to find herself in her

living room at 2:30 meditating with out remembering getting up. She was in

deep meditation and doing a specific meditation! In her pjs! She is fine with

it for now.We might need to work with her to make sure that she stays stable

but stuff happens that are so profound in relation to your God and the

infinite creation. We souls who are looking for positive growth towards

enlightenment are protected by Him and the sense of judgement that he has

given to us to use wisely.Your soul grows sometimes and you have to catch up.

God is infinite energy.
