hey there,

Breath of fire,sat kriya,cold showers on s regular basis and meditating with

the har har mantra.Sit with the spine straight and pump the navel point.

Chant the mantra Har vibrating it heavy and rolling it up on the roof of the

mouth.Should not be done more than 3 mins.Really good if you have a fever

also. Great tea is ginger tea boiled with black peppercorns. Works

wonders.Pretty spicy don't use if you have high blood pressure ect.

--From page 62-83 in Transitions to a Heart Centered World, there are around 10

kriyas or so that work on the immune system. KY is better used as

a preventative tool. I also saw bridge pose with lion breath (tongue sticking

out) in Relax and Renew page 40 or 42, but again, its used as a

preventative.

 

I do lots of BOF, I haven't had a cold in years, I think if you stick to

something cleansing you'll be healthier too.
