Foot went into perineum, which I think is ok for you too. I used a wall for my back, but I have to elevate hips to stay in easy pose for extended time anyway. I did it with spine perpendicular, I didn't see another option. My whole left leg went to sleep after about 17 minutes, thats how I could tell the meditation was ending. My advice?
