Guest guest
Grounding should not be taken as a control. The mind's power of attention persues every image, impression and sensation appearing in consciousness. Discarding of attention, you become grounded in the source of the prana, which is the seer, the subject "I" to all that is seen. This seer is all-pervasive and single - undifferntiated, uncaused awareness of Being within which and upon which all images and impressions appear. As this "Grounding" takes effect, the flow of prana increases, but there is no longer a process of binding the images through attention - the mind/ego concept. The sense of "I" is drawn in and entirely dissolves and you abide in your true identity - Sat Nam. The awareness we see by and through which we have the sensation of realness of our experiences is the Kundalini. The flows of energy through the channels are just the movements of prana. As you become grounded in the pure single space-like Self, attention to tese movements, flows and blisses receids and falls away, as though the light in your projector has become brighter and the images subtle and gross fade to white. And yet here we are. Pieter
