Guest guest
Sat Nam, I do not know of any specific sets, but anything for healing would help. There is a newly formulated structured water called Penta Water that can be investigated on www.hydrateforlife.com. The guy who invented it says he cured his fibromialgia with this water. I know this water is great and if I could afford it I would be drinking it all the time. It is one of the few waters I actually like drinking. You get a better price if you have it sent to a business and order by a healthcare professional. I passed by being a yoga teacher. Guest guest
SAT NAM, I was suffering from regular muscular pain for the past 6-7 years in hands, head, cranium points , spine, neck stiffness at certain specific points in the body .. Doctor once told me that I was suffering from fibromyalgia afew years before advised stretching excercises to teh affected areas. After I started doing KY I have kinda overcome it totally now , feels great energetic. I do Spine set, heart centre mediatation, sat kriya, neck rolls, shoulder execercise given under 3ho.org. I realized that it was work stress/anxiety which was causing it. These I feel will help. Guest guest
Thanks Seva Simran and others, The suggestion about the heart center makes absolute sense to me!! Takes you out of the body into the emotion. I also believe that the body is very sensitive and bumper cars are not! any info will help. s.i.r.khalsa
Guest guest
Sat Nam Jaapsahib, In most cases, fibromyalgia is one of those stress disorders - when emotional stress is not moving it becomes inflammation in the parts of the body that control movement. Interestingly, these kinds of things are often precipitated by an accident (even the bumper car type) which serve to dislodge things enough that they can no longer be ignored. The journey to heal then becomes the journey to wherever the soul needs to be as the person integrates something previously hidden. Their life takes a different turn. Thus yoga often helps a lot, and so does heart healing (emotional transforrmation), because as they say, the heart is the chalice for the soul.
