Guest guest
I started KY last week and was suggested I drink a lot of yogi tea. I was wondering if any of you know the benefits of the tea and if not, where I can find more information on it. Thanks. Much love and light, Tannia
Guest guest
Hi Tannia Welcome to our list. To find out more about Yogi Tea, go to kytea.html There you will find information about the various blends on sale in the Yoga Technology store - all at discounts too - and also about Yogi Tea in general. Guest guest
I love Yogi Tea! I highly recommend the Computer Destress Tea if you spend as much time in front of the monitor as I do I have a question, Gordon... so you know which flavor is the closest to the original recipe? Is it just "Cinnamon"? Or the "Classic Indian Spice"? I'm too much of a hack in the kitchen to make it myself! Thanks sat nam ranjit k. >"gordon" <gordon >Kundaliniyoga ><Kundaliniyoga> >Re: yogi tea >Sun, 18 Aug 2002 17:35:09 -0400 > >Hi Tannia > >Welcome to our list. Guest guest
Hi Ranjit The original Yogi Tea contains cinnamon, ginger, cloves, black pepper among other ingredients, if my memory serves me correctly. If you check out our list archives, there was a whole host of stuff posted on here last year all about Yogi Tea and how to make it for yourself. Sat Nam! Guest guest
To get a recipe for yogi tea look at Siri Ved Kaur's column at: http://www.healthy.net/asp/templates/column.asp?PageSource=index&ColumnId=18 By the way, she was Yogi Bhajan's personal cook for three years. You can also find archived columns which contain other wonderful recipes at the above site. If you are lucky enough to live in Los Angeles, as I am , then you can order from her catering service found at: http://www.yogieats.com/ Russ
