Good Morning All,

 

In the Sexuality & Spirituality book on page 22, exercises 3 & 4, it is

unclear to me exactly what to do. In exercise 3 do I inhale raising my

legs into locust pose, then exhale lowering them, then apply mulbhand

with empty lungs, or do I keep my legs up as I exhale and then apply

mulbhand before lowering them to repeat the exercise? The question is

much the same for both exercises, though it seems more natural that I

would exhale and apply mulbhand before lowering back down from cobra,

then repeat. Is this correct?
