Sat Nam! I will be teaching a workshop in Palo Alto, CA Sunday Oct 20th

10:30- 4:00 followed by a vegetarian potluck. I know this is far away for

most of you, but last time several people in the area actually joined us,

which was great.

 

The theme is

 

LIVE AND LOVE IN CONSCIOUSNESS

 

We will learn how to identify and discriminate between our "story channel"

and our "soul channel" and

use Kundalini yoga to help us listen to and anchor our consciousness in our

"soul channel." It is a monumental relief to be guided by the truth of our

soul. Living our lives and loving from the infinite place inside us amps up

the quality of our lives exponentially.

Classes are held in the Willow Room at the Oak Creek Apartments off Sand

Hill Road, near Stanford Shopping Center. Mats are provided. Wear loose

clothing and bring a blanket or towel to sit on and perhaps a cushion and

something to cover up with for meditation.

>From Stanford Shopping Center, near Nordstroms at the corner of Arboretum

and Sand Hill Road, go west on Sand Hill Road. Turn right at the fourth

light after Arboretum. This is Oak Creek Drive. Immediately turn left and

follow around past building 1824. Look for guest parking on the right. The

Willow Room is a recreation room at the East end of building 1824.

 

>From the 280 freeway, either take Sand Hill Road or Alpine Road exit until

they converge at Santa Cruz Avenue. Go east on Sandhill Road, over a small

bridge and turn left at the stoplight that leads to Oak Creek Drive.

Immediately turn left and follow around past building 1824. Look for guest

parking on the right. The Willow Room is a recreation room at the East end

of building 1824.
