Sat Nam,

In Ravi Singh's Kundalini Yoga for Body, Mind, & Beyond, there is a kriya with

the title "Beginners' set #2" (chapter 3, p.34). At the beginning of capter 3 it

is explained that these are introductory sets effective for daily maintenance,

but no further description of the specific effect/benefit of the kriya is

explained. Does anybody know what this set is good for? And specifically, I

would like to know the benefits of the last exercise where you extend the arms

straight out to either side, parallel to the floor, and then rotate the arms in

small circles backwards, in concert with BOF. The hands are in in fists, first

with index fingers extended, then middle finger, then ring finger and finally

with the little finger extended. I will appreciate any info you can give.

Thanks.

Gilberto
