Guest guest Posted August 22, 2002 Report Share Posted August 22, 2002 My question concerns a set called 'Easy Set', on page 236, of Shakti Parwha's book The flow of Eternal Power. Exercise 3 to make the Thyroid secrete. The exercise says to place your hands behind you, legs outstreched, lean back 60 degrees look at the ceiling, don't blink and do BOF. Are we supposed to retain control of the neck using the muscles, or let the head drop all the way back, in which case the shoulders come up around the ears. Either way, it seems very uncomfortable and strains the neck. Has anyone got this book and done this set? Blessings! Krishan-Shiva Kaur (Yes I know, third message in a row...
