Guest guest
Sat Nam! Thought I would consolidate the meditation plans in a single email: Monday, August 26, at: Pacific Time: 8:00am Mountain Time: 9:00am Central Time: 10:00am Eastern Time: 11:00am These times are for the States, for other corresponding times throughout the world, please see: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/ Meditation: Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung for at least 11 minutes, or 31 minutes, or 62 minutes if possible! A wonderful page with directions, recording of the mantra, and a picture of the mudra/arm position are here: http://www.100megsfree.com/yoga/ramadasa.html However, what this page doesn't have is the full description of how to do the breath with it: Take a deep breath. The mantra is recited in one exhale. Recite the first part: "RA MA DA SA" and pull in the navel on the "SA." Retain the breath for a pause, then continue "SA SAY SO HUNG" pulling in the navel on the "HUNG" and that should be the bottom of your exhale. Inhale again between rounds. Hope this is a sufficient description, if anyone would like to add to it, can you copy/paste the whole email -- times, dates, description --and then add to it and send it on. It's nice to have everything on one page to print out for taking with us!! Does that make sense? Thanks so much!! I love this meditation, and am excited to be part of a group doing it for our online list friend, Paula. Blessings!! Guest guest
Thank you Ranjit for organising this. It makes it easier for me to participate. I will be at work but will ask for my 15 minutes break at 11 am on Monday. We are here for you Paula.
