Guest guest
Hello everyone, I am a beginner in the KY field. I have been doing a lot of reading and research on the subject. I have previously finished the book "Kundalini for Beginners." It is a great book and gave me all the info I was looking for in terms of its effects, origin, powers and spirtuality. I have been practicing a little over a month now. I started 2 40 day meditations, Silent and Spinal series. I have done the Silent meditation for 11 minutes every day, is that long enough? this is my 9th day. Also, the spine series which I have missed a couple of days with but plan on being consistent, do I need to start over? I have also been doing the energy 4/4 breath ex. a while now pretty much every day at least once or twice and have had some stunning results in terms of awareness and spirituality, this was the first ex. I started. Ever since my practice with KY, I have been a changed person. I am only 15 years old but now realize that there is much more to life than money and power. I realize that the greatest gift anyone can get is God-realization (or whatever you want to call it). 2 months ago I would have never been able to realize any of the things I have learned through the use of KY. My former ambitions in life of being rich and powerful have simply stopped. I feel my true meaning in life is to find God and help people in any way possible and help them realize that wealth is a selfish and non-rewarding goal but have full respect for those who beleive that it is not just that. 2 months ago I was what you would call a "bad kid," always angry and getting in trouble, but now I am the exact opposite and I try to help people with my advice and intuitive knowledge I have attained in my short practie with KY. I plan on doing KY the rest of my life and becoming enlightened with God. I have amazed myself, my parents and my friends in my dramatic change for the better through KY. I pray that everyone else will one day find the true meaning of life and help others find their way also. I cant describe how much better I feel with myself and the knowledge I have gained in such a short period. I also beleive that God showed me that path of KY because before I even knew what it was, I was disapointed in myself and prayed for guidance to him and not even a week later I discovered KY and took a great interest in it. Praise God! Have a great day, David _______________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com
Guest guest
Hi there, Welcome to the world of healthy happy and holy. It is our birth right! I was 17 when I started.I was a negative teenager who shut every one out. After a few months of kundalini a friend came to visit and ask my family what had happened to me,she was in shock and could not believe that I had changed so fast, so much. The truth is we were never really bad ....most kids are just caught up in emotional behavior that is not them. You are one of the lucky ones, stay strong by keeping a strong practice. The strenght of your practice will determine your daily strenght. Ask for help when you need it.God is with walking with you.Keep up and keep going and growing. Guest guest
Dear David, I have been practicing a little over a month now. I started 2 40 day meditations, Silent and Spinal > series. I have done the Silent meditation for 11 minutes every day, is that > long enough? Yes. I would suggest now doing silent for about 5 minutes, pick another meditation to do for 11 minutes and then do silent again after the meditation. Do this after the spinal series. Or if that takes too much time do Nabya Kryia which is in one of the lessons on the Navel Center. You can shorten the times in the beginning and to adjust to the time that you have. Start out with a few spinal flexes, then do Nabya Kryia and then the meditations. this is my 9th day. Also, the spine series which I have missed > a couple of days with but plan on being consistent, do I need to start over? Praise God! I know we are supposed to shorten the emails, but your words just touch my heart and I could not delete them. I just want to keep re-reading them. Only 15 years old and you have made just dramatic shifts in such a short time. You are truly an inspiration. I pray that you will be able to help other young people find themselves and meaning in live too. I know there are really no "bad" kids, they just don't have the technology to shift their energy. Perhaps this is part of your destiny path. You are already inspiring many others. It will be fun to watch how your life unfolds. Please keep sharing your progress with us.
