Well, so far it looks like that I'm alone... I moved here from Canada where I enjoyed attending KY classes. I could only find Hatha yoga classes here, so now I'm practicing at home on my own. I've enjoyed reading the recent posts and look forward to learn from all of you. I have been checking out this site for a couple of months and have found the postings very interesting. Earlier this year I was fortunate to do a 10 day Vipassana meditation retreat and experience some of the power and Peace that comes from quietening the mind and focusing on body sensations. Although attracted to KY I have not been practicing regularly. Like Sat Darshan Kaur I would like to know if there are any classes or others meeting regularly for KY - in the Auckland region. Alas, I, too, am unable to find KY classes here in Riverside County, California. I would have to travel close to forty miles out to Upland for KY instruction. Until classes are established here, I'll be taking Hatha.
