Guest guest Posted August 24, 2002 Report Share Posted August 24, 2002 Hi, I'm new here and looking for some input. I have active Kundalini. I woke up a few nights ago in a lot of pain. I don't want to get into details - after some research I found out that somehow in my sleep my body had decided to do a yoga posture - the moola (mula?) bhanda. My K is working on my crown and the mula position - from what I read - prevents the building of tension in the head. My headaches are gone since then, and I am wondering if I should take up yoga again, as it looks like it can relieve symptoms. The last time I did Yoga (Hatha) it did something very unpleasant to my K and I wasn't able to get out of bed for 3 days - but now I saw the beneficial side of it. I am somewhat scared after my first experience, and also confused what type of yoga would be the best when the K is active (I read different things).
