Guest guest
Sat Nam Samangan,? What name do you go by? "have lead, cadmium, and antimony poisoning." -- lots, and lots of Breath of Fire, very purifying, cleans toxins, cleans lungs. A teacher friend of mine had a student with heavy metal poisoning in her lungs, and cured it in a matter of weeks with BOF, doctor was amazed of course. "dealinlg with severe depression" -- look for 4-part and 8-part breathing meditations in the archive, or maybe someone reading this can repost? Guest guest
I did the breath of fire for the first time and the long deep breathing. Later that day 3p.m. my temp. shot up to 102 and was near there for 12 hours. Can anyone tell me if the BOF would have done that and if so why?
