Guest guest Posted August 25, 2002 Report Share Posted August 25, 2002 Sat Nam everyone! Lately I have been doing the Silent and Spinal 40-day exercises/meditation but often miss a day or 2. I do the 4/4 breath about every day. Does anyone have any suggestions on something I can do that doesnt take up as much time as a 40-day meditation for a beginner? It is very much appreciated.
