Guest guest
Yesterday I had a ¡°cold tea¡± , in Chinese ¡°Liang Cha¡±, in a Cantonese style restraunt. It is very nice. It looks like Cock Cola, but much much better. It is made from Chinese herb. I don¡¯t know if anyone can get some in a southern Chinese style restruant. We Chinese use many herbs to make tea. I do like making tea with natural plants and seeds. Some times I use seeds of lutos, some plant leaves, flowers, for example, chrysanthemum, and Chinese date. It is OK If they are natural dried or fresh. Put them into hot water and let the water cold down. sometimes you need to boil them for a while if you want a mixed and heavy smell. Guest guest
Sat Nam Jessica, "We Chinese use many herbs to make tea. "Some times I use seeds of lutos, some plant leaves, flowers, for example, chrysanthemum, and Chinese date." -- what is lutos? Maybe you could post the recipe for your favorite tea? I usually drink original yogi tea, but don't like to make it :-( Blessings Brad
