Hello everyone,Satnam,

I am visiting this site after a long time,it seems.Anyway,I have a question

again..

These days when I meditate,I feel so much pressure in my "third eye" spot.Slowly

the pressure gets very intense but in rest part of my head or spinal cord,I

don´t feel any pain or heaviness. This pressure does not make me feel bad or

uneasy.I feel more like a force in third eye spot.I dont know what it is.I

ususally meditate in half lotus posture(because complete lotus posture position

i can´t do).If anyone has any information...plz tell me

Thanks

Let your mind feel and relate to the breath at the navel point and throughout

your entire body with all of your sensations. Remember that yoga is about union.

The body is the Temple. Let the tip of the nose or the brow point be the

"center" of focus for the eyes. Both will stimulate the pineal-pituitary.

Sat Nam Jyoti!

The pressure you feel is 'normal'. I experience it as well. I wasn't

sure what it was when I first started. In fact, the first time it

happened, I opened my eyes in the middle of my med because I thought

it was my daughter pushing her thumb right on my third eye -- that's

how strong/real the sensation was. My (limited) understanding is that

these sensations are merely the chakra opening up and becoming

energized. Not to worry, it's all part of the path.
