Guest guest
Dear Gururattan and everyone else on this list, Many greetings.I am writing after a really long time. I have been reading all the posts and all your articles Gururattan. I wanted to tell you and everyone that all of them have been of great help and I am very greatful and thankful to you and everyone on this list. The good news is that I have actually experienced and inner shift! Which i thought will never happen! I have been wanting to write about this for along time but kept putting it off. The occurence of the inner shift ( and that which such irregular practice!) has reinorced my beleif in myself and kundalini yoga. i literally love myself more. I am more at peace with myself. I have not yet mastared the art of being present to my sensations, emotions and innerchild, but i now KNOW how to do it..I am unable to do it continuosly, but there is a remarkable progrees i have made at which i myself am surprised..I mean , now i know how to do it, i only have to take that extra effort to do it as often and as much as i can. whenever I am troubled or disturbed i get in touch with my emotions and inner child and i feel so much better. Life seems to have become a little easier , not only emotionally but even materially. I mean, my life has become more active, and things are heppenning in a smoother way, there still are problems, but nothing seems insurmountable. I know i have a LOT of internal work to do....and i already feel better. I couldn't help telling you all this and forwarding my big "thankyou" to you and everyone on the list. I hope to progress more with your support and help. Thanks everyone. Sat Nam Preeti Finance - Get real-time stock quotes http://finance. Guest guest
Sat Nam ya'll! I too have been a lurker for a while and should take this opportunity to thank you. After starting KY at the beginning of the year (had been practicing Hatha Yoga off and on for 7 years), I KNEW that this was it. Beginning the path of getting to know my true self has been frightening at times, but amazing! The long time garbage that has started to present itself has been a true awakening for me. I've now (with the assistance of Gururattan's Transitions to a Heart Centered World) started a daily practice and am discovering how much love I can have for myself. I also attend her class once a week <grin>. One question: Has anyone experience hissing around the head, especially after doing Long Ek Ong Kar. It's not IN my ears, but seems to be coming to me in Digital Dolby Surround Sound. Sorry, that's the best way I can describe. Many Blessings and thanks! Guest guest
Dear Preeti, I am thrilled to hear your progress!! Congratulations!! The good news is that I have actually > experienced and inner shift! Which i thought will > never happen! This is what we all think. So everyone else, just keep going. And we hit plateaus along the way where we feel this despite previous breakthroughs. I have been wanting to write about this > for along time but kept putting it off. The occurence > of the inner shift ( and that which such irregular > practice!) has reinorced my beleif in myself and > kundalini yoga. i literally love myself more. This is wonderful! I am more at peace with myself. This is the major indication. I have not yet mastared the > art of being present to my sensations, emotions and > innerchild, but i now KNOW how to do it..I am unable > to do it continuosly, but there is a remarkable > progrees i have made at which i myself am surprised..I > mean , now i know how to do it, Totally awesome!! This is why I choose to call the course KYtraining. We have to train ourselves to have this consciousness. KY is the technique that allows the shift and creates the energetic possibility, but to live in day to day consciousness of another reality requires training ourselves to shift our attention. i only have to take > that extra effort to do it as often and as much as i > can. whenever I am troubled or disturbed i get in > touch with my emotions and inner child and i feel so > much better. Yes. This is how it works. It is so empowering to realize we can create this shift in ourselves. Life seems to have become a little easier > , not only emotionally but even materially. I mean, my > life has become more active, and things are heppenning > in a smoother way, there still are problems, but > nothing seems insurmountable. I know i have a LOT of > internal work to do.. We all do. It is a life long process. And what you are finding out it is that it can be fun! Blessings and Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
