I find the "hole" response fascinating. The base of the skull is in the

area of the throat chakra and this is a strong chakra for me, since I

have a great deal of difficulty speaking up for myself or holding back

what needs to be said... I work on this area a lot :-)

Perhaps the mantra opened this chakra for you? Just a guess though,

still being a beginner in KY but I can imagine that opening the throat

chakra would feel like this -open communication, etc...

Interesting. I hadn't thought of that. I tend to be able to voice my

opinion/thoughts without much difficulty. In fact, that's the only

chakra I thought would be 'easy' for me to deal with. Perhaps I'm

wrong.

I don't know what it was, but it was really weird feeling. I'll see

if it happens again tonight or tomorrow morning.

No, I think you were right! My guess would be what you felt was right

and a result of not having problems with that area...

of course, I could be 101% wrong here -wouldn't be te first time and

won't be the last ;-)

I am wondering if we were of any benefit to Paula, I'd put up with a lot

for that.
