tips for computer users

Ever since I found this group I have been on the computer more than usual

enjoying the posts each day. I found this article by the SSS to help with the

stress of the computers.

It says that those who work with computers must wash there hands in cold

water three times a day, if they are to survive . They must take a cold piece

of cloth or paper to wash their face and especially put that on their eyes

for a second or two or three. They must put a very cold towel to wash the

back of their neck at least 3 times a day. It says this is to protect the

electromagnetic field because whatever is created get to the nerves. I found

this in the Science of keeping up.. volume 5 no 2 1998. Take care everyone

thanks for this information. i have been intuitively using cold water on my

face during the work day (i'm a professional computer geek) but now i

understand why this is so important, and why i should do it more regularly!

Can the radiations be avioded by having a glare screen

which has a lead lining since I feel it might be

difficult to wash my back in cold water although with

a wet paper more than once.
