Guest guest Posted September 4, 2002 Report Share Posted September 4, 2002 Hi Hety, firstly, go to the site: www.prabhomusic.com they are equipped to personalize there service. any difficulty, e-mail Joyce. secondly, if you are working on your chakras, I recommend you start with Osho's active meditations: 1- chakra breathing # 9201 uses vocal sounds to harmonize the chakras & bring awarness to them. 2- kundali & dynamic # 9807 leads you to be yourself. Joy, after all, is just to be yourself. these are two cds that direct you into the exercise & monitor you while in the exercise. also as important I recommend from www.yogatech.com, Gordon may help you, "Song of the sacred gong" use this music in lieu of a mantra to meditate after the "chakra breathing. "the gong is the only instrument that the mind has no deffence against, allow the sound to massage you on a molecular level".
