Guest guest
Hello Gordon and All, Yeah....but. The question Hari Sant Singh posed does have an answer. None that I know or have experienced, but one nevertheless. For example, my question posed to a different Kundalini list about the pulsating blue eye, complete with eyelashes...what does that signify? Well, SOMEONE has had to have that experience, somewhere and at some time. A person who answered me said that it may signify the Vision of Christ, or Christ Consciousness, which meant and means a great deal to me for various reasons. I truly believe that is indeed the answer to the Blue Eye and have read about it since. It just may help to learn that somene else has had an experience or even what the experience may mean in terms of what is going on in their respective lives...JMHO! Sat Nam! Hety Recently when I have been chanting long Ek ong Kar's and also Ra Ma Da Sa the experience I have been having is that I am the sound or the chant. Guest guest
Dear Hari Sant Singh, > Recently when I have been chanting long Ek ong Kar's and also Ra Ma Da Sa the experience I have been having is that I am the sound or the chant. Has anyone had this experience or can you explain it. Thanks for any input. This is great. You are integrating the vibation at a cellular level. The sound current is merging in your phyical and emotional bodies. Enjoy. This should be a very blissful and empowering experience. Guest guest
Sat Nam Hari Sant and Hety- Just as re-assurance, I wanted to let you know that I have experienced what I think you are both describing. As for becoming the chant, I hadn't thought of describing it that way, but it definately fits. I don't experience it everytime I meditate though. But the feeling was like you were describing. It's like my whole body begins to vibrate with the chant. I can feel it resonate within and through my body. I don't know about you, but I really enjoy the feeling. The one time this happened, I began to also get the sensation of colors with the sounds. I'm not sure that makes sense. I didn't see colors with the sounds, but rather I felt like the sounds were becoming colors or were becoming associated with colors??? That sounds really weird I know. Not sure that makes sense. But that only happened once. The rest of the time, its usually the body vibrating. Speaking of which, has anyone felt just their teeth vibrating during meditation/chanting?? About once a week I this happens. Sometimes its only 1 tooth, other times its all of my teeth. They feel like they are tingling and vibrating at a really high rate. Very bizarre sensation. As for the blue eye, I've seen two 'versions'. Once I saw an absolutely beautifull big blue eye. With gradiating shades of the blue going from the center out to the edge. And like you, I saw it as more of a purplish-blue than just pure blue. But I got 'stuck' staring at it because I was so taken with the beauty. Now I try not to focus on it, but just recognize it and 'move on'. I haven't seen one as detailed and huge and exquisite since then though. Now I see an indigo/purplish blue eye that's all one color, no gradiating. Which is fine with me. That one poses less of a mental distraction for me. Several times I also saw a white light. This was just a few weeks ago. I have no idea what it is though. But you are describing what I saw as well. Mine was small and circular, like a dot or hole in something and light was pearing through. But the light was very bright and focused. It also moved whenever I tried to look at it. Sometimes it would disappear, then a few seconds later re-appear again. I also found that if I didn't look at it, it would begin to get a bit larger. But I am still really lacking in self-control. I kept finding myself trying to look at it as soon as I saw it moving and growing. Like I said, I don't know what it is either. But I'll keep doing what I'm doing and we'll see where that leads me. I'm trying really hard not to get caught up in the sensations too much. For me, personally, I'm finding them distracting during meditation. Hopefully someday I'll be as 'in control' of my mind as others on this list and will be able to appreciate them without dwelling on them. Until then, we can struggle and share with each other! Guest guest
Hi Christa, You wrote: >>Several times I also saw a white light. This was just a few weeks ago. Now, if you can put it all together and yes, concentrate on it, hopefully you'll end up with a pulsating eye surrounded by a golden circle. That center point of light inside the pulsating circle will turn into a five-pointed star. This may take deep concentration to hold that image. The light signifies the intuitive omnipresent perception, or as I like to think of it, Christ consciousness. As one person advised me, try to go into the blueness of the eye. Another person who wasn't involved in meditation and who considered himself to be a shaman, always told me to "go into the blue" for out of body experiences or lucid dreams. Amazingly enough, last night as I was falling asleep, I brought myself back from hypnogogic images to concentrating on my third eye and lo and behold, THERE was the five-pointed star! I held it only for a few seconds. Isn't this an amazing adventure?! Oh -- this is where I've been immersed in the Aum sound. It pulsates with the blue and it sounds like a low WHOOOOM WHOOOOM WHOOOOM WHOOOOM. Sat Nam! Hety
Guest guest
Actually I saw a small white 'dot' (couldn't see it big enough to describe it a star) only one time, in the middle of the blue eye. I immediatly got excited and 'poof' it went away. I was then ready to start kicking myself!! I need to learn to walk before I can run. My personal hurdle is patience and concentration. I get distracted too easily to be able to get as deep as I need to go. But I'm working on it. And I think I'm (slowly) making progress. I believe that I will get their eventually, when I'm ready. (note I'm working on that patience part again) ;-) Christa

Guest guest
Yeah I know. I keep telling myself that too. For me, it's easier said that done. But I'm working on it! Christa
