Guest guest
Hi everybody...... I had heard about Kundalini first from my grandmother in my childhood say 15yrs back. I'm out of subject since then till couple of days back when all of sudden it happen I visited kundalini site accidentally. Currently I feel stuck, want to advance spiritually, wish to awaken the Kundalini so I recently joined this group & went through few mails. To tell you all very frankly till now I never did any form of meditation, but I have strong desire to raise kundalini - reason behind is I feel by doing this I can advance myself spiritually & religously, one can even see God --> Please correct me, if I'm wrong. Please can any one guide me in this matter? If possible, please tell me some useful books by which I can read the book & practise Kundalini yoga sincerely by myself. FYI: Currently I don't have any book with me regarding the subject nor I have seen till now. Also, I'm wondering with question in my mind: Can Kundalini be awakened by practising as described in books or guru is must? or it is only for few lucky people who gets Kundalini awakened automatically? Thanks for your help in this matter. Dev

Sat nam, A very good book to read would be "Kundalini for Beginners: The shortest path to self-realization" by Ravindra Kumar. This is the first book I read and it gave me all the information I needed about Kundalini and Spirituality regarding KY but it does not have any exercises to do but has a great deal of important information regarding the experiences of Kundalini and leading a spiritual life. I would highly reccomend this book for you and others also. I bought my copy at border's books store. I hope I have been of some assistance to you. Peace and love to all -David _______________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com
