Recently I have been searching for a KY instructor in my area but the closest one is 45 mins away, anyways, I was thinking about taking classes in Vinyasa flow yoga since it is near me. Would this help me with my KY practice? and if anyone has information about Vinyasa yoga, please share. Thanks in advance.
