Hi all,

I have just started practising Kundalini, and it's like I finally

found something I've been looking for, for a long time. As I'm new, I

have some questions I'm sure some of you can help with.

Have not been able to find classes where I live, so I got a book by

Shakta Kaur Khalsa, which is wonderful and guides very well. Right

now I'm not really sure if I'm doing too much or too little. I get up

0430AM to have ample time, without stress. Have been noticing alot

going on with my body since I started, and not sure if this is normal

(I think it is...) I can actually feel some of my meridians, and

where ever there is a blockage, I can feel it really well... is that

because the blockage is starting to unblock? I also realize that I am

very little flexible in pritty much my whole body :-) I believe the

flexibility will get better with time. How important is a proper

form? If I can't do a pose properly because I'm not flexible enough,

should I do what I can, or not do it at all? This is getting too

long. OK, here is my routine so far. Please let me know if this is OK

to start out with or if you have any other suggestions:

- Tuning in

- series to energize (stretch, nose to knee, ego radiator)

- spinal warm ups (lower spine flex, waist rolls, upper spine flex,

twists, shoulder shrugs, neck rolls (auch!!!), leg streches, spread

stretch

- poses: cobra, camel, frog, pick me up, crow squat, cat and cow,

shoulder stand, plow, archer, triangle, bundle roll

- self-adjustment of spine: tree pose, crow squat, buttocks bounce,

side streches

Sorry this was a little long, but I'm fumbling a little bit here....

Any advise appreciated.

Marianne
