Guest guest
Well L, Marmite is a spread people in England use on toast, it's very savory and has a strong flavor in fact a very thin layer is all that's needed. It's a yeast extract and is 100% vegetarian . I think it tastes like anchovy spread without the fish... Marmite info: http://www.accomodata.co.uk/marmite.htm http://www.worldhealthcare.net/marmite/marmite.html Marmite ingredients: http://www.worldhealthcare.net/marmite/ingred.html B12 in Marmite: http://www.worldhealthcare.net/marmite/b12.html I've been able to find it in supermarkets in Boston, NY, -even North Carolina. A friend brought me a very big jar wen she went home to England and it lasted forever. My absolute favorite late night snack (not at all healthy) is marmite on Pringles potato chips with a Guiness.
