Guest guest
Sat Nam Victor- I don't recall seeing you post before, so welcome to the board. I have a few questions for you regarding your post. >I have been on a diet of raw fruits and veggies for years and have >developed a God-like state of strength, speed, stamina, and >flexibility all thanks to the grace of the Lord through my yoga >practice. So do you attribute your physical health to yoga, God's grace, your diet, or a combination of the three? I am curious of your correlation between B12 and raw vs cooked diets. Could you please elaborate on that? I've eaten meat all of my life. I began practicing ky in March of this year. Within about 2 months, I just stopped desiring to eat it. I can't explain it beyond that. I stopped eating it completely over a period of about 3 days. I eat what I feel my body craves/needs. The vegetarian choice was because I could tell my body really didn't want to eat meat anymore. I feel much healthier for it too. I'm not sure I could 'go' on a completely raw diet though. I haven't done any research into what you are describing. But I also hadn't done any research in to vegetarian diet's before making the leap. I think everyone needs to do what's best for them. But I'm always interested in hearing new ideas, practices, points of view. I think it helps me to better refine what works for myself. Thank you.
