Sat Nam group!

 

Just posting my progress -- or LACK of! -- on a 40-day meditation just in

case you were wondering how I was doing. ;) Some of you know my history with

trying it out with Sat Kriya and aura building exercises and being

interrupted by migraines. Fortunately this time it was not a migraine that

interrupted me. I have been doing simple spinal flexes to stay in the lower

chakras to avoid that thanks to Gururattan's advice. No, actually this I

just plain forgot to do it one night. Sigh! If at first, or third, you don't

succeed, try try again!

Dear Ranjit.

 

Do your spinal flexes in the morning before leaving the house. This will

prepare you for the day and remove the pressure of having to remember at

night. If you decide to do them at night too, that is fine, but you are

complete and in order for the day.

 

And don't worry, you will want to do spinal flexes everyday of your life, so

you will certainly get many 40 days and more in.
