Guest guest
Sat Nam Y'all! Question about wakeup series, which I love: I notice that it says they can be done while still in bed. Does this mean that it's not necessary to tune in before? I would like to try this because there are days I just don't want to get up out of bed so early and have wondered if I could try to do this right when I wake up. It seems odd to me to tune in while still lying in bed because it's hard for me to be present unless I'm sitting with a straight spine. Any thoughts on this? Many blessings and thanks! ~Jeffrey
Guest guest
Dear Jeffery, > they can be done while still in bed. Does this mean that it's not necessary to tune in before? It was never said. I suppose you are supposed to tune in. My feeling is if you try to tune in, it will wake you up enough to roll out of bed on to the floor to do the exercises. I could never do these in bed, but any attempt might be enough to get you up. I would like to try this because > there are days I just don't want to get up out of bed so early and > have wondered if I could try to do this right when I wake up. Give it a try.
