Sat Nam! Now that I'm ensconced in the US and have access to email I

thought I'd update you all. As planned, whilst on Manhattan I attended two

KY classes at Sat Jivan Kaur's place, KY East. To sum up, I absolutely loved

them! Christa, I know you were contemplating attending one, and from my

experience so far, I can only say just go if you can! Besides clarifying a

few things for me such as the speed of movement in some of the spinal flex

exercises (much faster than I've been doing at home) I had my "initiation"

into BOF and other breathing exercises and at the end of Sunday's class,

some very moving music complete with gong! That was bloody great! As Victor

Kiam would have said, I liked it so much I bought the CD, "Prem"; absolutely

wonderful.

 

I'm certainly intending to get to at least one more before I leave for home.

I guess one of the other nice things is that attending a class means it's a

communal activity which I can't have the benefit of at home. Any plans to

make a "guest appearance" there Gururattan Kaur as I believe you do from

time to time?
