Just wanted to say hi :)

I've already been a on this list a while and reading it with great

interest. But this thuseday I had my first ky class :) We did a very

relaxing set and it was GREAT!:)

When we where doing the breath of fire (I think thats what its

called?) I felt nice tingling sensations around my head.... mostly by

my lips! When I shared that with the teacher he told me I was glowing

a bit hehehe :)

I have question about the breath of fire... what we did was breathing

through the nose in a fast, ritmelike way. I was wondering if you are

supposed to focus on pulling/pushing the navel area when breathing,

or simply breath through your nose ?

Greetings,

Frans

Dear Frans,

Pump the navel and move the lower diaphram above the navel center.

Breath of Fire..fast vigorous exhaling by the nose, the navel should be pulling

inwards on the exhale....
