This made me wonder about a new Kundalini class starting at my Ashtanga yoga

school... The teacher says he is "OSHO" trained. Anyone know anything about

their yoga practices?

 

I was under the impression that if Kundalini Yoga isn't KRI or 3HO it's not

taught by, or passed down, from Yogi Bhajan... BTW, what is the reason for

the two separate organizations and what are their differences and functions?

Or is that a whole 'nother can o worms?!?

This is true. But others do teach their forms of kundalini yoga.

However, it is also not necessary to be associated with, or a representative of,

3HO or KRI to be a teacher of kundalini yoga as taught by Yogi

Bhajan.
