Guest guest
RK Shankar, Christa, Regarding "the gap between 2 successive thoughts", I am reminded of a similar breathing technique where the meditation focus is on the points between breaths. When the breath is turning from out to in (or in to out), without any Kumbhak (ie holding), that is a good place to concentrate. Regarding the lion, I have noticed that many images in temples, are practical guidelines and signposts, as well as being symbolic. For example, all the apparent symbolism around Shiva images is actually a practical condensation of Kundalini related wisdom. Some Goddesses ride a lion or tiger, holding various weapons in multiple hands. Bhavin. Bhavin informed me about this list. Greetings to all. Your narrative was wonderful. The prompting to share what I feel was instant. > My mind still wanders, but has improved ability to 'watch' Improved ability to watch thoughts is a real progression. You should progress to watch the gap between 2 successive thoughts. So says the great scripture 'Tripura Rahasya'. <<<snip>>> Yours in God RK Shankar
