Guest guest
Matt, Briefly. * Consider whether she had a hidden agenda (eg losing you). * (a) and (b) are true, and have always been true. "Caveat Emptor". * Stay with established paths which have good references. * A teacher/guru/master (not just books) is absolutely necessary for Kundalini Yoga. Personal guidance, direction, and correction where required, are all essential and not available via books, etc. * When something goes wrong it is not fair to blame Kundalini Yoga but look towards the conduct of the teacher and/or student. For example, a knife can be used to cut vegetables or to stab someone. * One should do one's duty in life and not be too attached to the results of one's actions. However, this does not mean that there should not be an aim or goal.
