Guest guest
Recently I have restarted my KY practice at full swing. I have also begun to experience tingling in my toes, legs and knees during and after the practice. I talked to my old teacher and she suggested it was my diet. And a friend said it was because I'm getting old (I'm only 35), Any ideas? Sat nam
Guest guest
Sat Nam, I feel a great deal of tingling on the surface of my face and pressure in my nasal area and on top of my head. I find that there is some tingling in some part of my body during most of my meditations.
