Guest guest
Sat Nam all, I started a 40-day sadhana of Nabhi Kriya the other day. (the one posted on the KY training lessons, which is also featured in the Meditation Manual for intermediate students). I have a couple of questions, 1) During leg lifts are the toes supposed to be pointed or relaxed? 2) Should the leg lifts touch the floor in between repetitions or not. At the moment I am letting it touch the floor and resting for a very short second, especially with the double legs lifts. However, in exercise 5, you hold one knee into the chest and then rapidly lift and lower the outstretched leg, during this exercise I find it easier if I don't touch the floor, since it says to do the repetitions as quickly as possible, is this ok and correct? 3) Navel Pulse. I've been doing it for about 10 days now and check my navel point pulse just before the last exercise which is done standing up. It is still off to the left of center. Is it possible to recenter it with this Kriya? Perhaps I should give it another few weeks? I have already notice my interactions at work being clearer and more direct (yet staying heart-centered) we British do tend to go the long way around being unnecessarily polite even to ask a short question! So I'm happy to see this, very positive! Guest guest
Yes it is possible to reset the navel with this kriya, though it may take a while. And not to worry, if it ends up being a two stage process, you can do the navel adjustment set after you finish this one. Is Britain really having bizarre weather, dangerous levels of flooding and so forth, related, perhaps, to global warming? Related to the heart cleansing going on too I should suspect.
