Guest guest Posted September 20, 2002 Report Share Posted September 20, 2002 Re: Tingling in Legs and toes I just read in 'Becoming Vegan' (I am becoming vegan now) that it is important for vegans to be sure to get enough vitamin B12 and that vegans should take some kind of supplement or enriched food. Tingling limbs may be a symptom of a deficiency. If you are eating a plant based diet you may need Vitamin B12. Or, are you sitting on your legs as part of your yoga practice?
