Along with Paula of course. Starting to be quite a party in there. I know they will feel it and be able to use the energy for their own healing. This can be a very simple thing. Just feel your own heart and then feel it open big enough to hold another soul and invite them to enter. Of course, they will bring in all their soul love. Don't get mental about it. Just feel what you feel and carry on with your day. Be sure to hold yourself in a very tender way too. We all have challenges and must nurture ourselves while we meet them.
