I sent that mail to a woman, she had breastcancer, now she is healthy! She gave me the following answer and I'm sure, you can take all these meditations, in every other case of illness, like MS, Aids... whatever... Blessings and Healing to all Sonja > It is very important that this woman is conscious of what she is doing. She > must check all the time, that the cancer doesn't grow in her breast. > Eat a lot of fruit and vegetables. Do things that she loves to do and laugh > as much as possible. Most of all, she must be convinced that she will fix > it. > Keep a positive mind. > Get Harmonyum healing. > These are some of the tough meditations I did: > > Ra Ma Da Sa ... for 31 minutes. Left thumb on the navel and the right hand on > the breast.(Rootlight CD from Gurunam) > Gives healing and balance > Three point breath for 11 minutes. Inhale for 20 seconds, hold for 20 > seconds, exhale for 20 seconds. > Inhale effects glandular system, hold the breath effects blood circulation, > exhale effects nervous system > Sitali Pranayam for 11 minutes. > To clear sympathetic nervous system > Circulation of light. Keep your fingertips together.
