How I came to Ky yoga

Approximately two years ago I had a very vivid dream. Two male yogis were

talking to me and we were upon a globe of the earth. They showed me the future

and what my life would be like with yoga as my path. All the major things that

were troubling me were all goneand I was extremely happy! It was a great dream

and I believe a gift from some Yogis.

I was greatly struggling with life at the time.

A few days later I was shopping for a movie to watch at Blockbuster and I saw a

Kundalini Yoga video by Gurmukh. I purchased it and from the first time I tried

it I had some great results, amazing experiences and knew it was for me.

I live in Nova Scotia Canada and there is not one single Kundalini yoga teacher.

So I have followed videos and books.

This past year I have been studying to become certified as a Hatha Yoga teacher.

I now teach four classes a week and love it. I credit all the changes in my

life to be from Kundalini yoga.

Some day I hope to be trained in Kundalini yoga as well.

To me Kundalini yoga can help anyone change their life for the better no matter

where they are at. That to me is the great part about it.
