Guest guest
Does anyone know any matras or anything specifically for self-forgiveness? Maybe one for broken heartedness wouldn'r hurt either? So far that's my best guess as to what I need. Thanks to those who've written me in generous support. Didn't you read what Dharam Singh wrote about Blessing and Selfblessing? Read it or read it again and then you should try it! Pray the Lord's Prayer, every day! Do one meditation regulary, one of the first ones is Ra Ma Da Sa to heal your heart. Look for someone who can help you, look for someone, who can give you treatments: Harmonyum, Reiki, yogic healing, whatever... You are a child of God, if he forgives you, and if others forgive you, then you should forgive yourself too. And if you have to cry, then do it, allow yourself to cry until you are ready, this is a form of healing, too. Perhaps it is a result of your yogapraxis, crying cleans your sad soul and after crying enough you can laugh again and enjoy a new day. Lot's of Blessings, Sonja
Guest guest
Dear Sonja, Just want to thank you for your kind words. While I am doing some of the things that you suggested, I've missed the BLESSING/SELF-BLESSING message- maybe because I'm new here - who knows. The strange thing to me is that I thought I'd dealt with this a LONG time ago(with my ex's help), yet this wrenching grief hits me everytime he and I communicate. It's not anything that either of us is saying to the other particularly, yet it seems this one gnawing area that i can't quite seems to get at - or define for that matter. If you have a copy of the Slef Blessing could you please send it to me, or the link where I can find it? Sat Nam, LEO -
Guest guest
Dear Leo, Also do the "I did the best I could" exercise that I sent out last week. After Kirtan Kriya would be good. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
Guest guest
Sat Nam Leo, The mantra for forgiveness is Ra A Ma A and you can do it like Kirtan Kriya squeezing the thumb with the index, middle, ring and little finger in that sequence as you vibrate each sound. 11 Minutes is what we were taught. Sincerely yours Hari Sant Singh Give up your sense of mine and yours and become the dust of the feet of all.
