Guest guest
Sat Nam! My partner will be in Lynn, just north of Boston (MA) in October on a business trip and would like to try Kundalini yoga (there's no KY in New Zealand where we live). I would like to know if there’s anybody who teaches in that area on this list, or if you could recommend a class, or a teacher. He’s done 20 years of martial art and 5 years of Hatha yoga but no meditation. Now that he sees me getting up at 3:30 am to do my morning sadhana he became curious about it and would like to experience the difference. He would like to spend 30-40 minutes in the morning to do KY. What set should I suggest to him? And how much meditation/relaxation should we squeeze into such short time? I have some of Gururattan’s books(Intro to KY, Heart-centered…, Relax & renew) so if you could recommend a routine for him it would be wonderful. Thanks Sat Darshan Kaur _______________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx

Guest guest
Dharam Singh wrote: < Will he be mobile? What are the dates of his stay?? Yes, he will have a car. He arrives on the 13th October, Sunday evening, and leaves the 18th, Friday afternoon. So it's really only 4 evenings when he's free because he's got meetings all day. _______________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com
