Guest guest
SAT NAM, My mother is suffering from cervical lordosis where she appears to have a slight bulge in the C5-C6 neck vertebraes and they impinge on the nerves causing tremendous pain in the whole of the arms and neck. I have suggested spinal set, neck rolls and shoulder excercises. Is there any thing else that she can do improve her situation? we have been told that she cannot overcome this totally as its going to stay but doing excercises might help. Can bone deformities can nerver be corrected? Thanks for your help. AKkama New DSL Internet Access from SBC & http://sbc.
