Guest guest
SAT NAM YA'LL Unfortunately I live in Houston and don't have access to Guruattan and book buying is not really in my budget these days. I have however put in a call to the local Ashram here and asked to speak to one of their teachers regarding all this. I don;t think I was prepared for the level or quickness of change happening in my life. I'd go to more classes if I could, but since I only have a disabiity income to work with, well I'd rather eat. I do plan to ask if there is some form of work I can do to trade for instruction. It seems as though it's only when I'm in meditation am I at peace. Today I find myself SEETHING with anger and it scares me to tell the truth. Because of how I grew up, I pledged myself to be a man of peace when I was a child, but I still know what I'm capable of. I know KY brings all this stuff to the surface, but then what? Meanwhile I'm SAT NAMing my butt off and using Guru Guru WaHe Guru Guru Ram Das Guru as often as I can. Guest guest
Dear Leo, Good plan to ask for an exchange. There are always things to do to help out. Anger is better than depression. You are alive. THis is good. As far as the same things coming up again. Welcome to planet Earth. We keep getting the same lessons over and over. The difference is that we learn different ways to deal with the energy. Action is the best way to deal with anger. Do something. Exchange work sounds good. Take action for yourself. After meditation do something with that energy. Sat Nam, Gururattan Kaur
