I'm thirtysomething, two children, and I live on the East Coast (US) not far from the Shore. I just recently began learning Kundalini yoga, and I was very lucky to find a teacher locally, as they seem to be few and far between (for Kundalini). Being new, I'm sure I will have questions, but mostly (for now) I will probably just follow the posts until I get a feel for this list.
