Hello all!ive joined this list because of my interest in Kundalini yoga.I

took a class at the YMCA recently and search ed the internet for more

information after.I also have a book "Meditation as Medicine"Which mentions

this for OCD and Anxiety,Which i have trouble with.I have been on a search of

whatcauses this,Ive heard everything from food allergies to trauma,I dont

know but its hard on my life to have these problems.Im hoping Kundalini yoga

may help me with this as well as some other health problems,acne,a pituitary

tumor(benighn)im having bleeding beetween my monthly cycles and all kinds of

things,also been noticing black specs darting around my eyes when i go

outside.I want t obe more healthy ,relaxed and peacefull,to feel more happy

so i can be the best Mother i can to my son.One thing though that has

frightened me to tr ythis form of Yoga though is that ,If im correct,you are

working t oraise your kundalini energy,am I right?Ive read some people have

had very bad experiences having that energy raised,they didint handle it

well.Does anyone have anything to sa yabout that,that would help me to feel

more secure or help me understand that more?thank you very much,peace and
